Our services are available throughout the East Bay Area within a30 miles radius. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to technician availability.

Scheduling and Appointments

• Appointments are scheduled based on availability and service priority
• We strive to arrive within the scheduled time window
• Same-day service is available when possible but not guaranteed
• Please provide accurate contact information and be available during your scheduled appointment window

Pricing and Payment

• We provide upfront pricing before beginning any work
• Diagnostic fees may apply and will be communicated before the service visit
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We accept major credit cards, checks, and other payment methods as indicated
• Financing options may be available for qualifying customers on larger projects

Estimates and Quotes

Estimates and quotes are provided based on the information available at the time of assessment. Actual costs may vary if:

• Additional issues are discovered during the repair
• Parts prices change due to availability
• The scope of work changes at the customer's request
• Access conditions differ from initial assessment

Any changes to the estimate will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

Warranties and Guarantees

Cancellation Policy

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows may be charged a trip fee

Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure pets are secured during service visits
• Disclose known issues or hazards that may affect service delivery
• Maintain equipment according to manufacturer recommendations
• Pay for services rendered in accordance with agreed terms

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification
